CADDIES will handle reservations for golf courses, shuttle limousines, and other travel services based on your preferences. Please be aware that international airfare arrangements are not included, and as a result, there is no special compensation, responsibility for itinerary management, or guarantee for the itinerary provided.

The arrangement fee is within 10% of the total cost of the arranged travel services.

After the contract is concluded, customers can cancel the arrangement contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee specified below (per person). However, requests for contract cancellation will only be accepted during our business hours. Requests made after business hours will be considered as made the following day.

Cancellation Fee Rates:
・4 to 7 days before: 30% of the green fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・2 to 3 days before: 50% of the green fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・1 day before to the day of: 100% of the green fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・No-contact cancellation: In cases of cancellation without contact, the above cancellation fees will apply.

Exceptions: Cancellations due to club circumstances such as closure from typhoons, snowfall, disaster-level rainfall, and other natural disasters are not included in the above regulations. In these cases, you will need to contact the club for further information. However, cancellations due to regular rainfall and similar conditions will be subject to the cancellation fee.
Change in Number of Attendees: If the number of attendees on the day differs from the number of reservations, it will also be subject to the cancellation fee.

合約締結後，客戶可隨時通過支付以下所述的取消費用（每人）來取消安排合約。但是，合約取消的要求僅在我們的營業時間內接受。營業時間後提出的要求將被視為在第二天提出。

取消費用的比例：
・4至7天前：取消費用為果嶺費的30％。

來訪者人數變更：如果當天來訪者人數與預訂人數有所不同，也將適用取消費用。

The arrangement contract is considered established when we, the company, accept the contract and receive the full payment. Here is the process:
1.Please submit the necessary information on our website and inform us of your preferences. Our staff will provide a free estimate.
2.We will notify you of the estimate details and the amount by email. Please be sure to check the contents. Please inform us within three days from the day after the notification if you wish to apply.
3.We will confirm your application, send a reservation confirmation and invoice. After reviewing the application details, please make the payment by credit card or bank transfer by the payment date specified on the invoice.
4.Once we confirm the payment, the arrangement contract is considered established. We will issue an arrangement confirmation, receipt, and voucher, and send them to you by email.
